Vi søger en fuldtids administrativ medarbejder hos DFDS Køletransport, som kan blive en del af et dynamisk team hvor teamwork og samarbejde er afgørende. Du arbejder tæt sammmen med dine dygtige kollegaer, hvor du sørger for, at tingene bliver løst rigtigt og til tiden.

Dine arbejdsopgaver kan eksempelvis være

  • Kontakt til samarbejdspartnere internt og eksternt, leverandører mv.
  • Opfølgning og kvalitetskontrol af transportopgaver
  • Kundeservice
  • Du vil løbende få ansvaret for opgaver i administrationen, når du er tryg herved
  • Fakturering
  • Cost registrering
  • Chartekafslutning
  • Assistere disponenter med diverse opgaver
