The posting

Do you want to be a valued part of the critical infrastructure that serves communities across Europe and beyond? Are you looking for a position in which you can keep things moving and deliver when it matters most? If so, then you could be the newest addition to our team as a Class 1 HGV Driver.

About the role

This will be working Monday to Friday during the day. You’ll be responsible for local runs, moving mainly fridge loads with dry loads when required.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle on scheduled local routes
  • Transporting chilled goods and monitoring fridge temperatures
  • Completing daily walkaround checks and reporting any issues
  • Ensuring goods are delivered safely and on time
  • Handling basic paperwork and delivery logs
  • Following road transport regulations and tachograph requirements

You’ll be working with a friendly, professional team and operating modern, well-maintained vehicles equipped for refrigerated transport.

About you

You’ll need a valid HGV Class 1 licence, Driver CPC, and tachograph card. Experience with fridge work is preferred, but training can be provided. You should be reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
