DG Packaging Pte Ltd

Location: 5 Sunview Road

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon – Fri) Salary: $2500 - $3000

Job Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for daily inbound and outbound sample orders
  2. Responsible for checking and tallying all outbound physical items to ensure accurate matches with orders
  3. Liaising with overseas counterparts to ensure requirements are fulfilled
  4. Responsible for decision making on the right dispatch service to use to meet timelines
  5. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
  6. Light pick and pack of samples as required

Requirements

  1. Minimum GCE 'N' Level, 'O' Level, or equivalent qualification.
  2. Able to communicate effectively in simple written and spoken English.
  3. Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  5. Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
  6. Willing to perform light picking and packing duties when required.
  7. Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or order processing is an advantage.
