Job Summary In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable IT solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing system implementations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will spearhead initiatives to improve data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and system reliability, fostering a technology-driven culture that supports innovation and responsiveness in the dynamic beauty and cosmetics market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT management, with proven experience in managing SAP, EWM, EDI, and e-commerce platforms. You will demonstrate excellent leadership skills, enabling you to motivate and develop your team while effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business growth will be key to your success in this role.

Principal Accountabilities (List accountabilities of the role) - System Management and Support: Oversee the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of critical systems including SAP, EWM, EDI, and Shopify. Ensure system reliability and performance, addressing technical issues and implementing solutions in a timely manner. - Project Leadership: Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and develop technology solutions that drive operational efficiency. Act as a liaison between IT and business units to communicate progress and facilitate change

- Data Integrity and Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across systems. Develop and implement reporting tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes. - Compliance and Security: Ensure that all IT systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Implement security protocols to safeguard sensitive data and mitigate risks associated with technology operations. - Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and technological advancements that enhance system functionality and user experience. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the IT department.

Key Experience and Skills (Qualification level, experience, skill sets and personal attributes required for the job) Technical Expertise: - Extensive experience with SAP, EWM, EDI, and Shopify platforms. Proficient in database management, system integration, and data analysis tools. - Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies. Leadership and Management: - Proven track record of managing and developing IT teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. - Strong skills in project management, with experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technology initiatives. - Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: - Ability to analyze technical issues and develop effective solutions quickly. - Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with a focus on optimizing system performance and user experience. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey technical information to non- technical stakeholders. - Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members and collaborate with various business units. Strategic Planning: - Experience in developing IT strategies that align with business goals and drive operational efficiencies. - Ability to assess technology trends and recommend innovative solutions that enhance business capabilities

 Budgeting and Financial Acumen: - Experience managing IT budgets and understanding financial implications of technology investments. - Skills in cost-benefit analysis to justify technology expenditures and improvements. Compliance and Security Knowledge: - Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to data security and compliance. - Experience in implementing security measures to protect sensitive information. Adaptability and Continuous Learning: - Willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in the IT industry. -Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
