Brænder du for data, kundeoplevelser og forretningsforbedringer? Hos DHL Express søger vi en analytisk og proaktiv First Choice Analyst, der kan omsætte kundeindsigter og data til konkrete forbedringer, som styrker kundeoplevelsen og vores forretning.

Om rollen:

Som First Choice Analyst får du en central rolle i arbejdet med at forstå og forbedre vores kunders oplevelse. Du analyserer kundefeedback, identificerer trends og driver forbedringsinitiativer på tværs af organisationen.

Du bliver en vigtig sparringspartner for ledelsen og samarbejder tæt med både operationelle teams, kundeservice og andre nøglefunktioner for at sikre, at kundernes stemme omsættes til handling.

Dine primære ansvarsområder:

- Analysere kundefeedback og kundeoplevelsesdata

- Identificere trends, forbedringsområder og årsager til kundetilfredshed eller utilfredshed

- Udarbejde rapporter, dashboards og præsentationer til ledelsen

- Drive og følge op på forbedringsinitiativer på tværs af organisationen

- Facilitere møder og workshops med fokus på kundeoplevelse

- Træne ledere og medarbejdere i anvendelsen af kundeindsigter

- Sikre opfølgning på KPI'er og mål inden for kundeoplevelse

- Samarbejde med interne og internationale interessenter om best practice og udvikling

Vi forestiller os, at du:

- Har erfaring med analyse, rapportering eller kundeoplevelse

- Er stærk i Excel og har gerne erfaring med Power BI eller lignende analyseværktøjer

- Trives med at arbejde datadrevet og omsætte komplekse data til konkrete anbefalinger

- Har gode kommunikationsevner og kan formidle indsigter til forskellige målgrupper

- Er selvstændig, struktureret og tager ansvar for egne opgaver

- Taler og skriver dansk og engelsk på et højt niveau
