The posting

Dit is een interne vacature. Solliciteer alleen als je momenteel werkzaam bent bij DHL.

Je werkt binnen DHL Aviation Hubs & Gateways op Schiphol en rapporteert aan de HUB Duty Manager. In deze functie geef je geen hiërarchische leiding, maar heb je vanuit jouw expertise wel een belangrijke adviserende en begeleidende rol richting collega’s.

Je houdt overzicht over Dangerous Goods-incidenten, analyseert informatie en kijkt verder dan alleen het incident zelf. Zie je patronen of terugkerende afwijkingen? Dan onderzoek je waar deze vandaan komen en zorg je samen met de betrokken afdelingen voor passende verbetermaatregelen.

Daarnaast ben je regelmatig in contact met warehouse-afdelingen, managers en supervisors. Je adviseert over Dangerous Goods, ondersteunt collega’s en zorgt ervoor dat procedures, wetgeving en veiligheidsvoorschriften goed worden toegepast.

Jouw succes

Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig en weet ook onder wisselende omstandigheden snel te schakelen. Je bent analytisch sterk en vindt het interessant om afwijkingen te onderzoeken, verbanden te leggen en tot oplossingen te komen.

Omdat je veel collega’s adviseert en begeleidt zonder hiërarchisch leiding te geven, weet je mensen vanuit jouw kennis en expertise mee te krijgen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Kennis van processen en systemen binnen DHL Express;
  • Gedegen kennis van het DHL-netwerk;
  • Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving rondom het vervoer van gevaarlijke stoffen;
  • Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels;
  • ADR Awareness, Spill Training, de voorgeschreven CBTA-trainingen en CLV.

Jouw pakket

Bij DHL Express krijg je niet alleen een uitdagende functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid, maar ook goede arbeidsvoorwaarden:

  • Salaris van €3331,69 t/m €4502,80 bruto o.b.v 40 uur.
  • Werktijden van 15:30 uur tot 00:00 uur.
  • 23 vakantiedagen per jaar op basis van een fulltime dienstverband;
  • Een cao à la carte-budget van 6,24%, waarmee je onder andere kunt kiezen voor extra vakantiedagen of extra salaris;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding tot 40 kilometer enkele reis of een vergoeding voor het openbaar vervoer;
  • Een goede pensioenregeling.
