Daarnaast ben je een stevige gesprekspartner die vanuit kennis en expertise collega's weet te adviseren en mee te nemen in veranderingen. Je gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke en privacygevoelige informatie en blijft ook bij weerstand professioneel, objectief en oplossingsgericht.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Goede kennis van het DHL-netwerk en de bijbehorende processen;
  • Gedegen kennis van Aviation Security-wet- en regelgeving;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Een analytische en probleemoplossende instelling;
  • Een gestructureerde werkwijze en oog voor kwaliteit;
  • Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een hoge mate van integriteit;
  • NOBB-certificering op minimaal Security Supervisor/Security Manager niveau of de bereidheid deze te behalen;
  • Bereidheid om in middag- en avonddiensten te werken.

Bij DHL Express krijg je niet alleen een uitdagende functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid, maar ook uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden:

  • Een salaris in RCS L, startend vanaf € 3.736 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur;
  • Een fulltime dienstverband van 40 uur per week;
  • 23 vakantiedagen per jaar op basis van een fulltime dienstverband;
  • Een cao à la carte-budget van 6,24%, waarmee je kunt kiezen voor extra vakantiedagen of extra salaris;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding tot 40 kilometer enkele reis of volledige vergoeding van openbaar vervoer;
