Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je helpt klanten bij het verzenden en ophalen van pakketten
  • Je adviseert over onze verzendopties en producten
  • Je herkent commerciële kansen en speelt hier proactief op in
  • Je verwerkt zendingen nauwkeurig volgens onze procedures
  • Je zorgt voor een professionele en vriendelijke service aan de balie
  • Je draagt bij aan een nette, veilige en representatieve shop
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen in de dagelijkse werkprocessen

Met jouw enthousiasme en Can Do-mentaliteit maak jij iedere klantinteractie bijzonder.

Werktijden & flexibiliteit

De shop is geopend op:

  • Maandag t/m vrijdag: 10:00 – 19:00
  • Zaterdag: 09:00 – 17:00

Wij werken met de volgende diensten:

  • AM: 09:00 – 17:30
  • PM: 10:30 – 19:00
  • Zaterdagdienst: 09:00 – 17:00

Je bent flexibel inzetbaar voor 16 tot 24 uur per week. Wil je graag meer uren maken? Dan is het mogelijk deze functie te combineren met de koeriersfunctie bij DHL Express op onze locatie in Nieuw-Vennep.

Zaterdag werken is verplicht. Doordeweekse uren stemmen we in overleg af, ideaal te combineren met een koeriers of support functie bij DHL Express.

Wat jij meebrengt

Jij bent servicegericht, communicatief sterk en vindt het leuk om klanten te adviseren.

Daarnaast heb je:

  • Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
  • Een commerciële instelling
  • Het vermogen om met verschillende soorten klanten om te gaan
  • Een zelfstandige, proactieve werkhouding
  • De mogelijkheid om een VOG aan te vragen

Dit zit er in jouw pakket:

  • Een contract voor 16 tot 32 uur per week, direct in dienst bij DHL Express.
  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3087,07 en €4093,47 op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring (CAO schaal 7)
  • 23 vakantiedagen (o.b.v. 40 uur)
  • Reiskostenvergoeding tot maximaal 40 km enkele reis (€ 0,23 per km)
  • Een keuzebudget voor extra vrije dagen of 6,24% extra salaris
