Voor deze rol zoeken we een coachende leider die overzicht houdt, kansen ziet om processen te verbeteren en energie krijgt van het aansturen van een operationeel team.

  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een soortgelijke, dynamische logistieke of operationele omgeving.
  • Kennis van logistieke processen;
  • Ervaring met Excel, PowerPoint en Teams;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
  • Een coachende leiderschapsstijl waarmee je medewerkers weet te motiveren en ontwikkelen;
  • Flexibiliteit ten aanzien van werktijden (van 06:00 tot 23:00);
  • Het vermogen om knelpunten te signaleren en om te zetten in concrete verbeteringen.

Kortom, we zoeken een (toekomstige) logistieke leider die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat, enthousiast wordt van een dynamische werkomgeving en wil bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van ons Service Center.

Jouw pakket

Bij DHL Express krijg je niet alleen een uitdagende functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid, maar ook goede arbeidsvoorwaarden:

  • Een contract voor 32 of 40 uur per week;
  • Een startsalaris vanaf € 4.416 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur (exclusief bonus);
  • Een aantrekkelijke bonusregeling (92,5% vast salaris en 7,5% bonus);
  • 23 vakantiedagen;
  • De keuze uit 13 extra vakantiedagen of 6,24% extra salaris;
  • Een reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer (tot 40 km enkele reis);
  • Deelname aan ons internationale, 18 maanden durende Certified International Managers Program.
