Für unser AFR Export Gateway Team in Kloten suchen wir eine engagierte, durchsetzungsstarke und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit als Teamleader/in AFR Export Gateway. In dieser vielseitigen Führungsfunktion übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für ein Team von bis zu 8 Mitarbeitenden und stellen einen effizienten, qualitativ hochwertigen Betrieb im täglichen Export-Gateway-Geschäft sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben

Führung & Personalentwicklung

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des AFR Export Gateway Teams
  • Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen und Leistungsbeurteilungen gemäss HR-Richtlinien
  • Sicherstellung einer optimalen Einsatzplanung, Auslastung und Organisation des Teams
  • Unterstützung und Coaching der Mitarbeitenden im Tagesgeschäft
  • Kontrolle von Arbeitszeiten, Ferienplanung

Operative Verantwortung

  • Verantwortung für die operative Abwicklung und Überwachung der Export Consols, unter Einhaltung der BAZL-Vorschriften
  • Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Schweizer Export- sowie Cross-Border-Consols
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Abschlüsse gemäss Flugplan
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Airlines, Agenten, Partnern und internationalen DHL-Stationen
  • Buchungen und Reservierungen bei Airlines und Geschäftspartnern
  • Überwachung von Sendungen, Milestones und Abflugkontrollen
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards in den Bereichen Dokumentation, Warenumschlag und Sendungsverfolgung
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Zoll- und Compliance-Vorschriften
  • Rapportierung von Unregelmässigkeiten, Reklamationen und operationellen Herausforderungen
  • Verantwortung für die wirtschaftliche Optimierung des eigenen Bereichs
  • Bereitstellung relevanter Zolldokumente
  • Pflege von MAWB-Beständen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Internationale Speditionslogistik
  • Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Luftfracht Export
  • Erste Führungs- oder Teamleitungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse von Vorteil
