Wie trägst du zum Erfolg von DHL bei? #

  • Unterstützung und Beratung unserer Mitarbeitenden und Vorgesetzten im Falle von Absenzen und Versicherungen bestmöglich zu beraten und zu unterstützen.
  • Verantwortlich für eine effiziente Bewirtschaftung des Zeiterfassungstools (Abacus) inkl. Absenzenmanagement sowie First Level Support für Mitarbeitende und Vorgesetzte
  • Absenzeingabe- und Freigabeprozesse im Abacus
  • Abacus-Portalzugriffe erteilen
  • Eröffnung/Verwaltung von Ferienansprüchen
  • Organisation und Verwaltung von Arztzeugnissen
  • Unterstützung und Vertretung im Bereich Sozialversicherungen (UVG/KTG/IV/EOG): Koordination zwischen Langzeitabwesenden, Kontrolle und Verbuchung der diversen Taggelder in Abacus, Aufnahme, Erstellung und Übermittlung der Unfall- und Krankmeldungen via UKA

  • Freude und Begeisterung für Sozialversicherungsthemen und Zeitwirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Personalwesen idealerweise im Bereich Sozialversicherungen
  • Stilsicher in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch. Gute Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse, Italienisch von Vorteil.
