Wir suchen eine/n Zolldeklarant/in Import & Export (m/w/d) 100% in der Nachtschicht für unseren Standort Basel Flughafen.

Wie trägst du zum Erfolg von DHL bei?

  • Selbstständige Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Import- und Exportverzollungen unter Einhaltung der schweizerischen Zollvorschriften und DHL-Standards
  • Prüfung, Klassifizierung und Verarbeitung von Zollunterlagen sowie Tarifierungen
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und qualitativ einwandfreien Zollabfertigung von Sendungen
  • Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von angehaltenen, gesperrten oder unvollständigen Zollabfertigungen
  • Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen, Kunden und Behörden zur Beschaffung fehlender Zollinformationen
  • Überwachung und Korrektur von zollrelevanten Fällen gemäss DHL-Standards und gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Mitarbeit bei der Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, ISO- und Sicherheitsstandards im Zollbereich
  • Aktive Unterstützung des Teams sowie Eskalation von Unregelmässigkeiten an den Vorgesetzten

Hast du das Zeug dazu?

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Zollwesen oder fundierte Kenntnisse der Zollabfertigung, idealerweise mit entsprechender Fachausbildung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Zolldeklarant/in oder Customs Clearance Agent
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der schweizerischen Zollvorschriften und Tarifierungen
  • Erfahrung mit zollrelevanten IT-Systemen und Prozessen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Französisch- oder Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Qualitätsorientierung sowie strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Koordinationsfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in der dauerhaften Nachtschicht
