Lowie (Low Impact) Bricks is in 2019 een onderzoek- en ontwikkelingsprogramma gestart om duurzame en betaalbare alternatieven te vinden voor klassieke gevelstenen. Door uitgebreid te experimenteren met verschillende materialen is Lowie Bricks erin geslaagd de esthetische en kwalitatieve kenmerken van keramische bakstenen te behouden en lanceert ze nu de Lowie Hybrid Brick met een CO2 reductie van 80% ten opzichte van keramische gevelstenen.

Lowie Bricks gaat in tegen de perceptie dat duurzaamheid geld kost. Wij geloven dat echte ecologische vooruitgang alleen mogelijk is als het ook betaalbaar is. De markt is duidelijk vragende partij voor deze revolutionaire innovatie en daarom zijn we op zoek naar enthousiaste ambassadeurs die ons helpen om de Lowie Bricks in de markt te zetten.

Lowie Bricks is onderdeel van Groep Roussel en werkt samen met haar gerenommeerd zusterbedrijf Olivier Bricks voor de commercialisering. Je zal dus werken voor Olivier Bricks en van daaruit focussen op de introductie van het Lowie assortiment waarbij je aanvullend ook het bestaand Olivier Bricks assortiment aanbiedt. Olivier Bricks is een gevestigde waarde in de markt en is specialist en pionier in het veredelen van gevelstenen. Het dompelen en trommelen van gevelstenen is de core-business van Olivier Bricks. Olivier Bricks blijft steeds trouw aan haar basisfilosofie: kwalitatieve gevelstenen met karakter, warme kleuren en trendy look creëren door authentiek en puur vakmanschap. Zowel in klassieke bakstenen als in hedendaagse varianten.

Jobinhoud

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van onze B2B-klantenportefeuille in de provincies Vlaams- en Waals-Brabant. Je bent het gezicht van ons bedrijf in de regio en speelt een cruciale rol in de versterking van onze marktpositie.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Actief bezoeken en adviseren van architecten, bouwpromotoren, projectontwikkelaars, aannemers en bouwmaterialenhandelaars in Vlaams- en Waals-Brabant.
  • Prospectiebezoeken uitvoeren.
  • Sterke klantenrelaties opbouwen en onderhouden.
  • Offertes opstellen en opvolgen.
  • Verkoopkansen en projecten identificeren en opvolgen.
  • Klantenbezoeken en commerciële acties registreren in het CRM-systeem.
  • De markt- en concurrentie-ontwikkelingen analyseren om strategische inzichten aan te reiken.

Profiel

  • Je bent een commercieel talent.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring in een commerciële functie op het terrein, bij voorkeur in de bouwsector.
  • Affiniteit met gevelstenen en (duurzame, milieuvriendelijke) bouwmaterialen is een pluspunt.
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Proactieve en resultaatgerichte houding.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
