Groep Roussel, met hoofdzetel in Menen, is een Belgisch verankerde familiale bedrijvengroep, actief als producent en toeleverancier van bouwmaterialen binnen verschillende nichemarkten van de bouwsector. FINANCIEEL ANALIST

FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING

Als Financial Accountant & Data Analyst combineer je operationele boekhoudkundige taken met financiële analyses en (management)rapportering. Je bent een belangrijke schakel binnen onze financiële afdeling en ondersteunt de CFO met betrouwbare cijfers en waardevolle inzichten.

  • Analyseren van financiële resultaten, marges, omzet en kosten.
  • Financiële rapportering op groepsniveau voor verschillende entiteiten.
  • Ontwikkelen, automatiseren en onderhouden van rapporteringen.
  • Beheer van bedrijfs- en masterdata.
  • Analyseren en structureren van data uit het CRM, ERP en BI.
  • Identificeren van trends, afwijkingen en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Ondersteunen bij budgettering, forecasting en diverse analyses.
  • Adviseren van de CFO op basis van data en financiële analyses.
  • Opmaken, controleren en analyseren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrapportages.
  • Meewerken aan de dagelijkse boekhouding, waaronder aan- en verkoopfacturen en banktransacties.
  • Opmaken en indienen van btw-aangiftes.
  • Actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van interne processen en het stroomlijnen van financiële workflows.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij audits en werkt nauw samen met externe accountants.
  • Uitvoeren van ad-hocanalyses.

WIE ZOEKEN WIJ?

  • Bachelor of Master in een financiële of economische richting.
  • Relevante ervaring in boekhouding en een analytische rol.
  • Grondige kennis van Excel, ERP en BI; ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics Business Central en Power BI is een plus.
  • Je merkt trends of afwijkingen in data moeiteloos op.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht, met een hands-onmentaliteit en een focus op mogelijkheden.
  • Gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, met respect voor deadlines.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent een teamspeler, maar kunt ook zelfstandig werken in een dynamische omgeving.
