Met een dynamisch team van 50+ collega's en ambitieuze groeiplannen staan we aan de vooravond van een verdubbeling in omvang. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een Project & Service Engineer: een uitgesproken (groei)kans voor een potential om zich internationaal uit te leven door wereldwijd software te installeren en klanten hierin bij te staan. Je start binnen ons groeiend Operations team dat momenteel een 15-tal collega's telt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Project van A tot Z:

  • Eenmaal een project verkocht is, word jij de contactpersoon voor de klant.
  • Dit kan een lokaal bedrijf zijn, maar er is ook een mogelijkheid dat je hiervoor naar de VS, Afrika, Australië,... zal reizen.
  • Ter plekke zal je naast de problem-solver voor de klant, o.a. zal je ook arbeiders opleiden in onze systemen.
  • Je neemt dus de leiding om een zo goed mogelijke oplossing op te bouwen
  • Dit alles doe je in samenwerking met onze project manager, software engineers en verkopers.
  • Nadat je dit project hebt afgerond, blijft de klant dan ook jouw klant. Zo kan je na verloop van een tijd al een mooie klantenportefeuille opgebouwd hebben.

Niet onbelangrijk:

  • Een combinatie van projecten met een korte (gemiddeld minder dan 2 weken) en langere doorlooptijd zorgt voor de nodige afwisseling.
  • Je werkt binnen de afdeling operations die instaat voor support, installaties en implementaties.
  • Er is variatie van zowel off-site als on-site interventies.
  • Naarmate jouw ervaring toeneemt, kan je meer gaan analyseren en onze dealers wereldwijd gaan ondersteunen.
  • Je detecteert actuele en toekomstige behoeften van klanten en koppelt terug naar de R&D afdeling omtrent productontwikkeling.

Jouw skillset

  • Een voorliefde voor techniek en IT, een basis in eender welke programmatietaal is een pluspunt
  • Je bent bereid tot bijscholing
  • Je bent een teamplayer met hands-on mentaliteit, flexibel en stressbestendig met de ambitie om de groeiplannen van ARDIS® mee te realiseren
  • Ervaring met CNC-machines is een pluspunt
  • Jouw belangrijkste eigenschappen zijn service gedreven, gepassioneerd in uw werk, communicatief vaardig, open en flexibel
  • Je wilt graag jouw stempel drukken binnen een groeiende organisatie, je houdt ervan om bij te leren en je zet je actief in om zelfstandig nieuwe kennis te vergaren.
  • Taalvaardigheid en goede kennis van Frans en Engels. Duits is een voornaam pluspunt
