Over D Interieur

D Interieur, gevestigd in Estaimpuis (op 10 minuutjes rijden van Kortrijk), is gespecialiseerd in maatwerkmeubilair voor hoogwaardige interieurprojecten. We werken samen met interieurarchitecten, architecten en projectontwikkelaars aan realisaties in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen.

Met een hecht team van 45 medewerkers, van tekenaars en projectleiders tot productie- en plaatsingsteams, combineren we ambacht en moderne technieken in een zeer nauwe, collegiale en familiale sfeer. We zijn trots op ons vakmanschap en ondersteunen elkaar om elk project tot in de perfectie af te werken. Onze firma staat bekend om haar kwaliteit, precisie en stijlvolle afwerking.

Jouw rol

Als Projectleider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de volledige technische opvolging van onze projecten, van opmeten tot oplevering. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, architecten en interne teams en zorgt ervoor dat elk detail klopt.

Jouw taken:

  • Je assisteert bij technische en esthetische keuzes (materialen, kleuren, afwerkingen).
  • Je verzorgt de opmeting op de werf en zorgt voor een duidelijke overdracht naar de tekenaars.
  • Je bespreekt plannen met architect en klant en volgt de nodige aanpassingen verder op.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van het atelierwerk en zorgt dat alles tijdig klaar is.
  • Je begeleidt de planning en plaatsing: opstart, werfvergaderingen en opvolging op de werf.
  • Je bewaakt budget en timing, hierbij ondersteund door de backoffice.

Je werkt ongeveer de helft van je tijd vanuit het bedrijf in Estaimpuis en bezoekt daarnaast werven in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen.

  • Ervaring: minimum 5 jaar binnen interieurbouw, maatwerkmeubilair of een aanverwante sector, met een combinatie van hands-on ervaring in het vervaardigen van meubelen en latere ervaring als projectleider waarbij je dergelijke projecten bij klanten opvolgt.
  • Technische kennis: goed inzicht in meubelwerk, materialen en planlezen.
  • Projectervaring: je kan budgetten beheren en klanten professioneel begeleiden.
  • Talen: je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands; kennis van Frans is een voordeel.
  • Persoonlijkheid: hands-on, verantwoordelijk, communicatief en een echte teamspeler.
