HERDING filtertechniek, gelegen in Ronse, is producent van filtermateriaal, filterinstallaties en complete industriële stofafzuigsystemen. Ze hebben zich ontwikkeld tot een wereldwijde leverancier van complete systemen voor alle sectoren in de industrie.

Droge stoffiltratie, dampafzuiging en hergebruik van producten, dat zijn hun hoofdactiviteiten. "Alles uit één bron" is de basis van het bedrijf. Ze bieden sterke flexibiliteit gekoppeld aan in-house productie op het hoogste niveau.

Herding is een VCA-bedrijf, als vertegenwoordiger van het bedrijf heb je hier een voorbeeldfunctie. Hierbij hoef je zeker niet in de buurt van het kantoor in Ronse te wonen: je zal immers werken van thuis uit ofwel op de baan zijn voor klanten/werfbezoek.

Jobinhoud

Als Sales Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor...

Netwerking:

  • Het bezoeken van klanten en verwerven van opdrachten.
  • Het in samenwerking met de buitendienst onderhouden van bestaande relaties, die als persoon of instantie invloed hebben op het verstrekken van aanvragen en/of orders.
  • Het ondersteunen en bevorderen van acquisitie en verkoopactiviteiten van het bedrijf.

Contact met de klant:

  • Het uitwerken van offertes en het verzorgen van aanbiedingen.
  • Het opstellen van technische productinformatie t.b.v. (potentiële) klanten.
  • Ontwikkelen van een werkplan/projectomschrijving.
  • Het calculeren van projecten, installaties en producten en het verzorgen van nauwkeurige specificaties voor iedere opdracht.
  • Het bijhouden en beheren van een ondersteunend systeem, waaronder relatiebeheer.

Opvolging van projecten:

  • Het leveren van ondersteuning aan de binnendienst bij de uitvoering.
  • Het verzorgen van een adequate klachtenafhandeling.
  • Het verder opvolgen van opdrachtgevers, adviseurs en leveranciers.
  • Technisch bijstaan van het montage personeel on site.

Profiel

  • Bij voorkeur hoger diploma in een technische richting.
  • Technische kennis van installaties.
  • Ervaring in B2B verkoop is een plus.
  • Kennis Europese richtlijnen en landelijke wetgeving zoals die in ons vakgebied van toepassing zijn zoals (Atex) is een plus.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Andere talen zijn een plus.

Aanbod

  • Een marktconform loonspakket mét bedrijfswagen en tankkaart, niet-recurrent bonussysteem én onkostenvergoedingen wanneer je naar het buitenland gaat.
  • Een opleiding binnen salesmanagement, gestuurd door zowel jouw thuisbasis in Ronse, als door het moederbedrijf in Duitsland.
  • Je werkt 60% van thuis/kantoor uit en 40% op de baan. Deze verhouding kan echter variëren van week tot week.
  • 40-uren week.
  • De mogelijkheid om je professioneel netwerk uit te bouwen door nauw samen te werken met tal van internationale bedrijven.
