Eigene Projekte betreuen, Entscheidungen treffen und deine Erfahrung dort einsetzen, wo sie wirklich etwas bewirkt.Du bringst das technische Know-how mit. Wir geben dir die Möglichkeit, mehr daraus zu machen.DEINE AUFGABEN * Eigenständige technische und organisatorische Abwicklung unserer HKLS-Projekte * Koordination und Überwachung der Montagearbeiten auf der Baustelle * Abstimmung mit Bauherren_innen, Architektur- und Planungsbüros sowie anderen Gewerken * Sicherstellung einer fachgerechten Ausführung sowie der Einhaltung von Terminen und Qualitätsstandards * Koordination von Materialbedarf und Bestellungen * Erkennen technischer Herausforderungen und Erarbeiten geeigneter Lösungen * Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen und laufende Abstimmung mit den Projektbeteiligten * Kontrolle des Projektfortschritts sowie Überblick über Kosten und Termine * Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmen, Abnahmen und technischen Übergaben * Erstellung und Kontrolle der technischen Projektdokumentation * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs von der Projektvorbereitung bis zur FertigstellungDAS BRINGST DU MIT * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich HKLS, Installations- und Gebäudetechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Berufserfahrung in der technischen Projekt- oder Baustellenabwicklung von Vorteil * Fundierte technische Kenntnisse im Bereich Heizung, Klima, Lüftung und Sanitär * Verständnis für technische Pläne, Anlagen und Zusammenhänge * Kenntnisse der einschlägigen technischen Normen und Vorschriften * Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch bei mehreren parallelen Projekten den Überblick zu behalten * Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kund_innen und Projektpartner_innen * Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Qualitätsanspruch * Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Gewerken * Gute EDV-Kenntnisse * Führerschein BDAS ERWARTET DICHTechnische Herausforderungen.
