Wat jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:Als Automotive Warranty Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de afhandeling van garantieclaims. Je houdt contact met klanten, leveranciers en technici om een vlotte afhandeling te garanderen en de klantentevredenheid te waarborgen. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het analyseren van garantiegevallen en het controleren van de juistheid van claims volgens de richtlijnen van de constructeur.

Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren en beoordelen van garantieclaims van klanten
  • Indienen en opvolgen claim aanvragen bij de respectievelijke constructeur
  • opvolgen van uitbetalingen claim dossiers
  • Communiceren met technici, leveranciers en klanten over claimstatus en oplossingen
  • Zorgen voor correcte documentatie en rapportage van claims en onderzoeken
  • Toepassen van garantiebeleid en contractvoorwaarden
  • Signaleren van terugkerende problemen en samenwerken met het technisch team voor oplossingen
  • Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen in het garantiebeheer

Wie wij zoeken:

  • Een trotse eigenaar van een diploma autotechnologie/autotechnieken of gelijkwaardig door opgebouwde ervaring.
  • Een nauwkeurige werker die grondig kan analyseren met een probleemoplossend vermogen. Je kan tot de kern van de zaak komen en houdt hierbij rekening met alle details.
  • Een plichtsbewuste en betrouwbare collega die zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook graag in team werkt. Collega’s kunnen op jou rekenen. Je kijkt uit naar een samenwerking op lange termijn.
  • Klantgerichte houding
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
  • Ervaring met garantiebeheer binnen de automotive sector is een pré
