Nos avise no momento da inscrição.Responsabilidades e atribuições🎯Qual será a sua gigante missão?• Apoiar na elaboração e revisão das descrições de cargos junto às lideranças, bem como alinhamento de perfil;• Divulgar as oportunidades em plataformas de recrutamento, redes sociais e canais internos;• Realizar triagem de currículos conforme perfil técnico da vaga;• Conduzir entrevistas individuais, entrevistas com a liderança e dinâmicas de grupo, de forma presencial e/ou remota;• Elaborar pareceres de entrevistas;• Garantir retorno aos candidatos (feedback positivo ou negativo);• Atualizar planilhas e sistemas de controle de processos seletivos;• Apoiar na elaboração de indicadores de recrutamento e seleção;• Participar de reuniões de acompanhamento com o time de Gestão de Pessoas;• Apoiar na melhoria contínua dos processos de recrutamento, propondo novas ferramentas e práticas.Requisitos e qualificações💡Para ter sucesso nesta missão, é essencial ter:• Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas;• Experiência em processos de Recrutamento e Seleção de ponta a ponta (divulgação, triagem, entrevistas, pareceres); • Conhecimento em Excel; • Noções básicas de entrevistas por competências;• Boa comunicação escrita e verbal;• Conhecimentos na plataforma Gupy, Pandapé e Linkedin será considerado um diferencial; • E o mais importante para nós: ter um grande apreço por pessoas!
