Responsabilidades e atribuições🎯 Qual será a sua gigante missão?Coordenar equipes multidisciplinares de assistência social, mobilização comunitária e atendimento socioeconômico;Elaborar e implementar Planos de Gestão Social, Programas de Comunicação Social e Planos de Reassentamento;Conduzir processos de diálogo social com comunidades, lideranças locais, associações, órgãos governamentais e demais stakeholders;Planejar e supervisionar cadastros socioeconômicos, diagnósticos territoriais e mapeamento de vulnerabilidades sociais;Coordenar negociações relacionadas à desapropriação, indenização e reassentamento de famílias e atividades econômicas;Realizar gestão de conflitos e mediação de demandas comunitárias;Monitorar indicadores sociais e elaborar relatórios gerenciais para clientes, financiadores e órgãos reguladores;Garantir conformidade com legislações urbanísticas, fundiárias e socioambientais aplicáveis;Apoiar processos de licenciamento ambiental relacionados aos componentes sociais dos empreendimentos;Articular parcerias institucionais para apoio às populações reassentadas e grupos vulneráveis.Requisitos e qualificações💡Para ter sucesso nesta missão, é essencial ter:Formação superior completa em Serviço Social, Sociologia, Psicologia, estão Pública, Ciências Sociais ou áreas correlatas;Experiência obrigatória em diálogo social e reassentamento;Experiência em gestão e desenvolvimento de equipes multidisciplinares;Excelente comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal, ética e resiliência.E, o mais importante para nós: ter um grande apreço por pessoas!
