Diakonie. Wir sind eine gemeinnützige Organisation im südlichen Burgenland und erweitern unser Team! Wir suchen 1 Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeperson (DGKP) mit Praxisanleiterfunktion Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

- Fachgerechte und individuelle Pflege sowie Betreuung unserer Bewohner:innen unter Berücksichtigung ihrer persönlichen

Bedürfnisse und Ressourcen

- Durchführung, Planung und Evaluierung des Pflegeprozesses

- Sicherstellung einer professionellen Pflegequalität und Einhaltung der geltenden Pflegestandards

- Fachliche Anleitung, Begleitung und Unterstützung von Praktikant:innen und Auszubildenden während ihrer Praxiseinsätze

- Vermittlung pflegerischer Kompetenzen und Förderung der beruflichen Entwicklung unserer Auszubildenden

- Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen, Pflegeassistent:innen und weiteren Berufsgruppen

- Sorgfältige Pflegedokumentation und Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Pflegequalität

- Bedarfsgerechter Einsatz der erforderlichen Sachmittel

- Fürsorgliche & fachlich kompetente Betreuung und Pflege der Bewohner:innen

Ihre Qualifikationen und persönliche Kompetenzen:

- In Österreich anerkannte Qualifikation für den gehobenen Dienst für Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege sowie einen Eintrag im

Gesundheitsberuferegister

- Idealerweise abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur Praxisanleitung bzw. Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren.

- Freude an der Wissensvermittlung und an der Begleitung zukünftiger Pflegefachkräfte

- Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie

- Selbstständige, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit, Konfliktfähigkeit und ein wertschätzender, diskriminierungsfreier Umgang.

- Bereitschaft zur laufenden fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung sowie Identifikation mit den Werten der Diakonie.

- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und persönlichem Engagement

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

- Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse
