ARBETSUPPGIFTER

I din roll som supporttekniker bör du gilla varierande arbeten, både ute på plats hos kund och från kontoret. Arbetet kommer främst innebära att supportera kunderna med IT-och telefonirelaterade ärenden från vårt kontor. På sikt ser vi att rollen kan utvecklas till en konsulttjänst där du medverkar på möten och leveranser ute hos kund. Det kan vara allt från att driftsätta och implementera nya system och integrationer eller uppstart av en kunds IT-miljö. Då inkluderar det allt från konfiguration av nätverk, server, program och att sy ihop allting däremellan.

Rollen innefattar en djup teknisk förståelse samt att leverera god service och kvalitet gentemot kunden. För att trivas bör du vara ansvarstagande, flexibel och lösningsorienterad.

UTBILDNING, ERFARENHET OCH PERSONLIGA EGENSKAPER

• Arbetslivserfarenhet inom IT och liknande uppdrag • Trygg och självsäker i att driva felsökning av server/nätverk och olika system på egen hand • God svenska i såväl tal som skrift • God engelska i såväl tal som skrift • Körkort B

Vi ser det som fördelaktigt om du besitter nedan förmågor, dock inte avgörande.

• Goda kunskaper inom Hyper-V och VMware • Goda kunskaper inom Windows Server • Goda kunskaper inom nätverk • Goda kunskaper inom Microsoft 365 och gärna spetskompetens inom Azure AD och Sharepoint
