This position demands strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a sharp eye for detail, as the supervisor will be responsible for managing security personnel, coordinating with various departments, and handling emergency situations effectively. Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day front desk security operations and personnel to ensure effective coverage and response.
  • Manage scheduling and attendance of front desk security staff to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments for security needs and incident reporting.
  • Conduct routine inspections and monitor access control to prevent unauthorized entry.
  • Train and mentor security staff, promoting professional development and adherence to protocols.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to security incidents and daily activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in security operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, access control systems, and emergency response procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high-stress situations professionally.
  • Proficient in using security management software and related technology.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management and training.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security or investigations are preferred.
