Siden åbningen på Blågårds Plads har Diamond Slice redefineret New York-style pizza i København. Med to velbesøgte kvarter-lokationer på Nørrebro (Blågårds Plads og Tagensvej 79), en voksende cateringforretning og et markant fodaftryk på Roskilde Festival og sommerevents, søger vi nu en skarp og handlekraftig General Manager.

Som General Manager leder du forretningssiden af Diamond Slice. I tæt parløb med vores Operations Manager og teamledere etablerer du solide systemer, driver FOH-performance og sikrer, at vores lokationer kører gnidningsfrit, effektivt og selvkørende.

Nøgleområder og ansvarsopgaver

  • Forretningsdrift & systemer: Drive den daglige forretningsdrift på tværs af lokationer i tæt parløb med vores Operations Manager. Opbygge, optimere og fastholde pålidelige faste rutiner, systemer og ansvarsfordeling i teamet. Styre bestillingsrutiner, lager og vareoptælling samt træde til og dække for vores Operations Manager ved behov. Opdage flaskehalse i tide og eksekvere praktiske løsninger proaktivt.
  • FOH-ledelse & gæstfrihed: Lede, sparre med og inspirere FOH-medarbejdere og skifteledere. Have det fulde ejerskab over FOH-vagtplanlægning og sikre, at lønmålene konsekvent overholdes. Rekruttere, onboarde og oplære teammedlemmer til Diamond Slices servicestandarder. Håndtere gæstefeedback, kundehenvendelser og daglig kommunikation.
  • Catering, festivaler & vækst: Koordinere indkomne cateringforespørgsler og eventlogistik med Operations Manager og eventteamet. Tage det operationelle ejerskab over Diamond Slices festivalsetups (herunder Roskilde Festival), inklusiv frivillige, bemanding og logistik. Drive lokal forretningsudvikling, samarbejder og community-aktiveringer.
  • Økonomistyring & rapportering: Følge op på det daglige salg, lønomkostninger og dækningsgrader for at identificere optimeringsmuligheder. Klargøre ugentlige løn- og performancerapporter forud for ledelsesmøder. Rapportere drift, bemanding og strategiske forslag løbende til ejerkredsen/bestyrelsen.

Hvem vi søger

  • Dokumenteret erfaring: 2+ års ledererfaring fra tempofyldt restaurationsdrift (f.eks. som General Manager, Assistant GM eller Operations Manager).
  • Systemer & tal: Erfaring med vagtplansystemer, POS/lagerstyring og med at holde lønprocenter inden for budgettet.
  • Hands-on ledelse: Du går forrest under travlhed, bevarer roen under pres og sætter en høj standard for gæstfrihed.
  • Sprog: Professionelt niveau i engelsk er påkrævet (internationalt team). Dansk på samtale- eller flydende niveau er en klar fordel ift. lokal administration og leverandørdialog.

Do you thrive in high-energy hospitality, love sourdough pizza made at the highest level, and bring the operational backbone to run a fast-growing restaurant brand?

Since opening on Blågårds Plads, Diamond Slice has redefined New York-style pizza in Copenhagen. With two bustling neighborhood shops in Nørrebro (Blågårds Plads and Tagensvej 79), an expanding catering wing, and a major footprint at Roskilde Festival and summer events, we are looking for a sharp, driven General Manager.

As General Manager, you will lead the business side of Diamond Slice. Working in close partnership with our Operations Manager and team leaders, you will establish solid systems, drive FOH performance, and ensure our shops run smoothly, efficiently, and autonomously.

Key Focus Areas & Responsibilities

  • Business Operations & Systems: Drive day-to-day business operations across locations alongside the Operations Manager. Build, streamline, and maintain dependable daily routines, systems, and team accountability. Oversee ordering schedules, inventory, and stock control; step in to cover for the Operations Manager when needed. Spot bottlenecks early and execute practical solutions proactively.
  • FOH Leadership & Hospitality: Lead, mentor, and inspire Front of House staff and shift leaders. Own FOH rota management and ensure labor targets are consistently met. Recruit, onboard, and train team members to Diamond Slice's service standards. Handle guest feedback, inquiries, and daily customer communications.
  • Catering, Festivals & Growth: Coordinate incoming catering requests and event logistics with the Operations Manager and event team. Take operational ownership of Diamond Slice’s festival setups (including Roskilde Festival), including volunteers, staff, and logistics. Drive local business development, collaborations, and community activations.
  • Financial Control & Reporting: Monitor daily sales, labor costs, and operational margins to identify efficiency gains. Prepare weekly labor and performance summaries for leadership meetings. Report regularly on operations, staffing, and strategic proposals to the ownership group/board.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven Track Record: 2+ years of management experience in high-tempo hospitality (e.g., General Manager, Assistant GM, or Operations Manager).
  • Systems & Numbers: Experience managing scheduling tools, POS/inventory setups, and keeping labor percentages on budget.
  • Hands-on Leadership: You lead by example during rushes, bring calm energy under pressure, and set high hospitality standards.
  • Languages: Professional working proficiency in English is required (international team). Conversational or fluent Danish is a strong advantage for local administration and supplier coordination.
