Om Diamond Slice

Diamond Slice serverer New York-style surdejspizza slices i København fra vores afdelinger på Blågårds Plads og Tagensvej. Vi kombinerer klassiske amerikanske slice-opskrifter med gode råvarer, koldhævet dej og bagning ved høj varme. Vi har fart på både i restauranterne og på takeaway, og vi er en virksomhed i fortsat vækst.

Rollen

Som Kitchen Manager er du ansvarlig for den daglige drift i køkkenet. Det er din opgave at sikre et højt bundniveau på alle serveringer, holde styr på systemer og hygiejne, samt lede køkkenholdet i tæt samarbejde med vores front of house (FOH).

Primære ansvarsområder

  • Daglig køkkendrift, herunder prep, bagning og løbende kvalitetskontrol
  • Varebestillinger, varemodtagelse og lagerstyring
  • Oplæring, instruktion og daglig ledelse af køkkenpersonalet
  • Overholdelse af hygiejnestandarder, rengøringsrutiner og egenkontrol
  • Daglig koordinering og kontakt med FOH under service
  • Sikring af et højt arbejdstempo under spidsbelastninger og takeaway-ryk

Krav og profil

  • Minimum 3 års erfaring fra restaurationsbranchen
  • Erfaring med pizzabagning ELLER erfaring med ledelse er et krav (erfaring med ledelse af et pizzakøkken er en klar fordel)
  • Tryg ved at arbejde selvstændigt uden direkte supervision og med stærke beslutningsevner
  • Meget velstruktureret og organiseret, og motiveres af at arbejde hurtigt og slå uret under travle perioder
  • God fysisk form og komfortabel med hele vagter på benene
  • Klar og parat til at arbejde aften- og weekendvagter
  • Gode engelskkundskaber (dansk er en kærkommen bonus)

About Diamond Slice

Diamond Slice serves New York-style sourdough pizza by the slice in Copenhagen from our locations at Blågårds Plads and Tagensvej. We combine traditional American slice shop recipes with quality ingredients, cold-fermented dough, and high-heat deck ovens. We run busy counter, dine-in, and delivery services, and we are actively building for future growth.

The Role

As Kitchen Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You make sure food quality is consistent across all orders, keep kitchen systems clean and compliant, and guide the kitchen team in close coordination with our front of house (FOH) staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily kitchen operations, including prep, baking, and ongoing quality control
  • Ordering goods, receiving deliveries, and inventory management
  • Directing, training, and supervising kitchen staff on shift
  • Maintaining strict kitchen cleanliness, hygiene routines, and Danish food safety standards
  • Serving as the main kitchen contact point for FOH during service
  • Managing rush periods and high-volume delivery tickets calmly and efficiently

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Experience with pizza OR experience with management is required (experience managing a pizza kitchen is a strong advantage)
  • Confident working solo without direct supervision, with strong decision-making skills
  • Highly structured, organized, and genuinely energized by working fast and beating the clock during rush hours
  • Comfortable working full shifts on your feet
  • Ready and available to work evening and weekend shifts
  • Strong communication skills in English (Danish is an appreciated bonus)
