About Diana Health

Diana Health is a network of modern women’s health practices working in partnership with hospitals to reimagine the maternity and women’s healthcare experience. We are restructuring the traditional approach to care to create an experience that is good for patients and good for providers. We do that by combining a tech-enabled, wellness-focused care program that women love with a clinical system that helps us drive continuous quality improvement and ensure work-life balance for our care team. We work with clients across all life stages to empower and support them to live happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives. With strong collaborative care teams, passionate administrators and a significant investment in operational support, Diana Health team members are well-supported to bring their very best to the work they love.

We know that harnessing the power and support of local communities leads to better patient outcomes. We also know that word of mouth and like-minded healthcare providers are our most powerful referral source for new Diana Health clients. Your job will be to raise awareness about our brand, our Arlington, TX practice, and our services to build and nurture our loyal network of patients and potential patients, referring providers, and community partners. You will both leverage your existing network and expand it as you meet and develop trusted relationships with new individuals and organizations.

In this role, you will serve as the face of Diana Health, representing our practice and our team, across the Arlington, TX region.

What you’ll do:

Community and Brand Development

  • Articulate the Diana Health mission, model of care, and differentiators at every opportunity possible in the community, and with each person you meet
  • Research, identify, and build partnerships with key hubs of community, local business, and social activity (i.e., physical and virtual places places where women gather and share information)
  • Remain well-versed and knowledgeable of the latest components of our care model and our services, and of our provider team roster, preferences, and scheduling availability

Provider & Birth Community Referral Network

  • Build, augment and nurture our network of local providers who refer their patients to women’s health service providers such as primary care providers, pediatricians, urologists, and fertility practices.
  • Build, augment and nurture our network of birth community providers who refer their clients to OB-GYN offices such as doulas, lactation consultants, massage therapists, and chiropractors.
  • Visit practices and birth community members to build relationships, provide collateral materials, host lunch & learn type meetings to educate the practices, providers, and their teams about our practice, our services, our Diana Differentiators, and how to refer their clients; ensure closed loop communications on clients they refer.
  • Offer tours of our practice and provide overviews of our services
  • Own, adding to and updating as needed, our local resource recommendation guides. These include our vetted recommended local providers and community partners (e.g., pediatricians, fertility clinics, acupuncturists, doulas, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and up-to-date CRM contact database to support accurate reporting, streamlined communication, and effective relationship management.

Digital Marketing

  • Own set up and maintenance of the local Google Business Profile for the Arlington, TX practice according to identified company best practices to drive organic online search traffic.
  • Join and participate in local Facebook and similar online groups where women share recommendations and feedback about their healthcare provider(s) to promote Diana Health and gather local insights
  • Assist in identifying & capturing patient testimonials for marketing purposes
  • Participate in “social sharing” of company social media content

Event Marketing

  • Host and sponsor community events to build brand awareness and connections
  • Create and manage an annual outreach plan & calendar with an eye for positive ROI from target audiences (e.g. birth community members, potential referring providers, hospital partners, potential provider candidates, and key potential patient populations) through event attendance, sponsorship, and hosting
  • Identify and pursue co-marketing opportunities with such partners
  • Identify other hyperlocal marketing opportunities, as relevant, to drive new patient volume
  • Represent Diana Health through active participation in local community organizations, networking groups, and civic initiatives such as Chambers of Commerce, Junior League, and other civic or professional groups to foster community partnerships, strengthen brand presence, and enhance awareness of the practice.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
