Dabei behältst du das Zusammenspiel von An wendung, Infrastruktur und Datenbanken im Blick. Mit stabilen Entwicklungs- und Testumgebungen ermöglichst du effiziente Entwicklungsarbeit und verlässliche Releases. Du analysierst komplexe Kundenprobleme, erarbeitest nachhaltige Lösungen und bringst neue technische Möglichkeiten zur Weiter entwicklung unserer Anwendungslandschaft ein. Dein tägliches Wirken Du pflegst und entwickelst unsere Entwicklungs-, Test- und Referenz- umgebungen weiter und stellst die Reproduzierbarkeit von kunden- spezifischen Konstellationen und Fehlerbildern sicher. Du optimierst und automatisierst Installations-, Update- und Konfigu- rationsprozesse für unsere Client-Server-Anwendungen und installierst Komponenten. Du unterstützt Entwicklung und QA bei Releases sowie bei Änderungen an Betriebssystemen, Laufzeitkomponenten und Infrastruktur. Du analysierst komplexe technische Eskalationen, Logs, Konfigurationen und Performanceprobleme und leitest nachhaltige Lösungen und Empfeh- lungen ab. Du dokumentierst technische Erkenntnisse verständlich, teilst dein Wissen im Team und etablierst praxistaugliche Diagnosehilfen. Du bringst neue Ansätze für Automatisierung, Deployment und Diagnose ein und treibst passende Verbesserungen für Produkte und Kunden- installationen voran. Damit bereicherst du unser Team Du hast Freude daran, technische Zusammenhänge zu verstehen, Probleme nachhaltig zu lösen und Verbesserungen voranzutreiben. Du arbeitest selbst ständig, suchst den Austausch und teilst dein Wissen gerne. Auch in anspruchs vollen Situationen bleibst du neugierig, hartnäckig und kannst technische Themen verständlich vermitteln. Du verfügst über Erfahrung in Informatik, Applikationsbetrieb oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Funktion. Wichtiger als dein Ausbildungsweg sind für uns deine Eigenverantwortung, Lernbereitschaft und dein Gestaltungswille. Französisch sowie Kenntnisse von KLIBnet oder KiSS sind ein Plus. Dein künftiges UmfeldDiartis entwickelt und vertreibt Softwarelösungen für das Fallmanagement. Du bist an der Schnittstelle zwischen Sozialer Arbeit, IT und Privatwirtschaft. Daher findest du viel Freiraum, deine Funktion zu gestalten und dich zu entfalten. Du arbeitest praxisnah in komplexen Kundenumgebungen mit anspruchsvollen Integrationen und sichtbarem Impact. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Entwicklung und Services zusammen und gestaltest aktiv den Übergang zu modernen Delivery und Plattformstrukturen mit.
