Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams der DiaSys Deutschland Vertriebs-GmbH suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Koordinator Kundenservice Hämatologie (m/w/d).

Die DiaSys Deutschland Vertriebs-GmbH ist eine 100%ige Tochter der DiaSys Diagnostic Systems GmbH und vertreibt Diagnostika und Analysengeräte für das medizinische Labor in Deutschland und Österreich.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Kunden- und Produktschulungen im Bereich Hämatologie
  • Strategische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Referenzkunden
  • Fachliche Beratung und Betreuung ausgewählter Key-Account-Kunden
  • Koordination und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen
  • Unterstützung bei kundenspezifischen Projekten und Schulungsmaßnahmen
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Weitergabe relevanter Erkenntnisse
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch professionelle und lösungsorientierte Betreuung

Ihr Profil

  • Naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, alternativ MTLA-/MTA-Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Hämatologie oder im klinischen Laborumfeld
  • Freude an der Vermittlung von Wissen sowie am professionellen Umgang mit Kunden
  • Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamplayer mit Organisationsgeschick und hoher Eigeninitiative
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen
