Unsere Vision: Kinder durch Wertschätzung und Förderung bei ihrer individuellen Entwicklung zu selbstbewussten, gemeinschaftsfähigen Persönlichkeiten begleiten. Dafür suchen wir dich! Für unsere neue Dibber-KiTa Anna-Sutter-Platz in Stuttgart-Stammheim in der wir ab Sommer 2025 bis zu 90 Kinder im Alter zwischen 0 bis 6 Jahren betreuen werden, suchen wir engagierte pädagogische Fachkräfte für den Krippen- und Kindergartenbereich.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich

  • den KiTa-Alltag gemeinsam mit den Kindern pädagogisch gestalten und durch eigene Ideen bereichern
  • pädagogische Aktivitäten und Projekte organisieren, durchführen und dokumentieren
  • die Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern gestalten: Entwicklungs-/Elterngespräche führen, tägliche Übergaben etc.
  • pflegerische und hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten übernehmen
  • an (Team-) Besprechungen und Veranstaltungen aktiv teilnehmen
  • das Unternehmen positiv nach innen und außen repräsentieren

Das bringst du mit

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im pädagogischen Bereich, die zur Arbeit als pädagogische Fachkraft qualifizieren
  • Motivation und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern, Eltern und Kolleg*innen in unserer Kultur der Herzlichkeit
  • zuverlässige Arbeitshaltung und kompetenter Umgang mit herausfordernden Situationen
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, um auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Kinder einzugehen
