Die Grenze is de afgelopen jaren snel gegroeid en we blijven groeien! Door deze snelle groei zijn we op zoek naar een Assistent Inkoper op het servicekantoor in Oldenzaal. Wat ga je doen?

Je assisteert de inkoper met het daadwerkelijk inkopen van goederen. Je zorgt voor het up-to-date houden van de voorraad en het assortiment door tijdig (reguliere) voorraad tegen een zo gunstig mogelijke prijs in te kopen. Ook het evalueren van de assortimenten en het maken van voorstellen ter optimalisatie maakt deel uit van je functie.

Verder houd jij je bezig met

🔹 het coördineren en assisteren van de inkoop van goederen

🔹 opvragen en controleren van (ontbrekende) gegevens t.a.v. de inkooporder

🔹 voorbereiden gesprekken met leveranciers

🔹 maken van analyses m.b.t. voorraad en assortiment in samenwerking met de stockcontroller

🔹 communicatie met de Inbound Planner m.b.t. inplannen orders

🔹 vullen verkoopprijslijst: bepalen prijzen en min-voorraad

🔹 uitzoeken manco’s

🔹 periodiek afleggen van bezoeken aan filialen en maken van voorstellen tot verbetering van presentatie/prijs/voorraad van de artikelen
