Für diese verantwortungsvolle Stelle suchen wir eine Person mit hoher Sozialkompetenz, mit Leidenschaft für das HR und Freude an der selbstständigen Führung der Lohnadministration.

Unsere Kundin ist ein Familienunternehmen in Winterthur; ein KMU mit rund 120 Mitarbeitenden, welches Ihnen eine langfristige Herausforderung mit Potenzial anbietet.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die gesamte Personaladministration von Eintritt bis Austritt inkl. Arbeitszeugnisse verfassen
  • Selbständige Führung der monatlichen Lohnverarbeitung (Stunden\- /Monatslohn) unter Einhaltung des Gesamtarbeitsvertrages
  • Korrespondenz mit Ämtern und Behörden (SVA, BVG, QST etc.)
  • Organisation und Koordination der Ferienvertretungen
  • Beratung der Mitarbeitenden in HR\-Fragen
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten inklusive Telefon\- und Empfangsdienst

Gewünschte Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personal\- und Lohnwesen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent, sowie Fähigkeit zum vernetzten Denken
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
