Charitní domov Moravec je domov pro seniory, který nabízí komfortní bydlení pro 82 klientů a pro pracovníky příjemné pracovní prostředí. Při péči o klienty uplatňujeme biografický přístup, jsme certifikovaným pracovištěm konceptu Bazální stimulace a v závěru života nabízíme našim klientům paliativní péči. Aktuálně hledáme nové kolegy - pracovníky v sociálních službách - pro posílení našeho týmu (na smlouvu, příp. i na dohodu). Co bude vaší náplní práce?- zajištění péče o seniory dle jejich individuálních potřeb – pomoc při oblékání, při přesunu, pohybu, při podávání jídla, při osobní hygieně, pomoc při udržování soběstačnosti a dobrého zdravotního stavu- zajištění podpory při aktivizačních činnostech pořádaných v Domově a v blízkém okolí - předávání informací a aktivní spolupráce s ostatními členy týmu – sociální i zdravotní úsek- vedení záznamů o provedené péči Kde?- v Charitním domově Moravec, Moravec 53, 592 54 Od kdy? Listopad, nebo dle domluvyCo nabízíme?- pracovní smlouvu na plný, popř. částečný úvazek, dohodu (DPP, DPČ)- smysluplnou a obohacující práci v dobře fungujícím týmu- zaučení, průběžné odborné vedení a podporu - pravidelné sdílení pracovních starostí v rámci týmu- kvalitní průběžné vzdělávání- zaměstnanecké benefity (stravenková karta, možnost objednání obědů v domově, další jednorázové finanční i nefinanční benefity)- zázemí stabilní organizace, pro kterou jsou její zaměstnanci důležitíHledáme kolegu nebo kolegyni, který/která- má empatický a respektující přístup k seniorům včetně závěrečné fáze jejich života, - má vzdělání potřebné pro pozici pracovníka v sociálních službách, popř. studium/kvalifikační kurs do 12 měsíců dokončí,- umí pracovat samostatně i v týmu,- nemusí mít praxi, ale musí chtít se vše potřebné naučit - bude se průběžně vzdělávat v oblasti péče o seniory, - je ochotný pracovat v nepřetržitém provozu (víkendy, svátky, noční)- je očkován proti žloutence B, popř. si očkování před nástupem doplní,- je trestně bezúhonný/áPokud máte o naši pracovní nabídku zájem, prosíme o zaslání profesního životopisu a motivačního dopisu Evě Douckové, vedoucí Charitního domova Moravec na email <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a>.
