Charitní domov Moravec aktuálně poskytuje své služby 82 seniorům. Zrekonstruované prostory domova nabízí nejen komfortní bydlení klientům, ale i pracovníkům příjemné pracovní prostředí. Při péči o klienty uplatňujeme biografický přístup, jsme certifikovaným pracovištěm konceptu Bazální stimulace a v závěru života nabízíme našim klientům paliativní péči. Aktuálně hledáme vrchní sestru, která má chuť převzít vedení dobře fungujícího týmu sester a zajistí poskytování kvalitní zdravotní péče klientům domova pro seniory. Co bude vaší náplní práce?- vedení zdravotního úseku v domově pro seniory - poskytování komplexní zdravotní a ošetřovatelské péče dle zdravotního stavu klientů domova a dle doporučení praktického lékaře i odborných lékařů- organizace poskytovaných služeb, tvorba harmonogramu práce (plán směn)- zajištění kvality služby, tvorba metodik a pracovních postupů- zajištění spolupráce mezi zdravotním a sociálním úsekem - aktivní spolupráce s praktickými i odbornými lékaři - spolupráce při přijímání nových klientů- komunikace se zdravotními pojišťovnami, zajištění vykazování péče v souladu s platnou legislativou- zajištění podpory klientům domovaKde?Charitní domov Moravec, Moravec 53, 592 54 Od kdy?- od listopadu 2026, popř. dle domluvyCo nabízíme?- pracovní smlouvu na plný úvazek- samostatnou, zodpovědnou a smysluplnou práci - zaučení, průběžné odborné vedení a podporu - možnost podílet se na dalším rozvoji služby- dobře fungující tým – 8 všeobecných sester, z nichž jedna je koordinátorkou paliativní péče, 1 praktická sestra- dobře nastavenou spolupráci se sociálním úsekem- kvalitní vzdělávání (kursy, konference), pravidelnou supervizi- 8hodinovou pracovní dobu bez nočních směn a víkendů- zaměstnanecké benefity (příspěvek na stravování, možnost objednání obědů v domově, týden dovolené navíc, další jednorázové finanční i nefinanční benefity)- zázemí stabilní organizace, pro kterou jsou její zaměstnanci důležitíHledáme kolegu nebo kolegyni, který/která- má vzdělání potřebné na pozici všeobecné sestry podle platné legislativy,- orientuje se ve zdravotnické legislativě,- má chuť vést tým zdravotních sester, věnovat se jejich podpoře a rozvoji,- bude spolupracovat při dalším rozvoji služby,- je samostatný/á, nebojí se rozhodovat, umí si práci dobře zorganizovat,- bude aktivně spolupracovat s pracovníky sociálního úseku domova,- bude dobře komunikovat s klienty domova, s lékaři, spolupracujícími institucemi,- má potřebu se dál vzdělávat a odborně rozvíjet,- dobře zvládá práci na PC,- je trestně bezúhonný/á.Pokud máte o pracovní nabídku zájem, prosíme o zaslání profesního životopisu a motivačního dopisu Evě Douckové na email <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a> do 25. 10. 2026.
