Baví tě práce s lidmi, chceš druhé posouvat dále a dělat práci, která má smysl? Pak hledáme právě tebe. Co tě u nás čeká:•Budeš pracovat s rodinami v nepříznivé sociální situaci přímo v jejich domácnostech. •S rodinami budeš připravovat individuální plány.•Budeš doprovázet rodiny např. na jednání s úřady, k lékaři apod.•Budeš se podílet na tvorbě a realizaci vnitřních pravidel sociální služby.Co bys měl umět:•Podmínkou je mít odborné vzdělání podle Zákona č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách (min. VOŠ se sociálním zaměřením).•Výhodou bude, když budeš aktivní řidič (řidičský průkaz sk. B).•Měl bys dokázat pracovat v týmu i samostatně, být flexibilní, zodpovědný, aktivní a empatický vůči klientům. Měl bys umět komunikovat v každé situaci.
