Du führst die Buchhaltungen unserer Franchisebetriebe, verantwortest das Schadenmanagement unserer Fahrzeugflotte und bist Ansprechperson für Betriebe in der ganzen Schweiz. Das alles bei einem wachsenden Schweizer Gastro\-Unternehmen mit 58 Standorten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst selbständig die Buchhaltungen mehrerer Franchisebetriebe. Dazu gehören Kreditoren, Debitoren, Banken, Post, Bargeld und Kassenbücher.
  • Du trägst die Hauptverantwortung für das Schadenmanagement unserer Fahrzeugflotte und koordinierst dich dabei mit internen und externen Stellen.
  • Du stimmst Bilanzkonten ab, bereitest Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüsse vor, erstellst einfache Abschlüsse selbst und unterstützt die Hauptbuchhaltung, auch mit stellvertretenden Mehrwertsteuer\- und Steuererklärungen.
  • Du begleitest die Franchisebetriebe in Finanzfragen, prüfst ihre Zahlen und führst neue Betriebe in unsere Finanzprozesse ein.
  • Du unterstützt bei Beschaffung und Inverkehrsetzung unserer Leasing\-Flotte und prüfst und verwaltest die Leasingverträge.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und eine Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter:in Rechnungswesen oder Treuhand oder gleichwertiges Wissen aus der Praxis.
  • Du bringst praktische Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit. Erfahrung im Schaden\- oder Flottenmanagement ist ein Plus, aber keine Bedingung.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office, besonders mit Excel. INFONIQA One 50 kennst du idealerweise, sonst arbeiten wir dich ein.
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Französisch (C1\-C2\), denn du bist auch für unsere Betriebe in der Westschweiz da. Italienisch ist ein Plus.
  • Du arbeitest selbständig und genau und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn du mit vielen Stellen gleichzeitig im Austausch bist.
