PRAXISDIENST - Mit uns starten Sie durch!Die PRAXISDIENST Europe S.à r.l. ist die luxemburgische Tochtergesellschaft von Deutschlands führendem Versandhändler für Medizinprodukte aus der Human-, Veterinär- und Dentalmedizin - dem PRAXISDIENST.Mit unserem innovativen Online-Shop <a href="http://www.praxisdienst.de" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.praxisdienst.de</a> befinden wir uns auch international auf starkem Wachstumskurs und setzen auf eine weitere kontinuierliche Entwicklung im gesamten Europäischen Markt.Um dieser Entwicklung standzuhalten und diese weiter zu professionalisieren, strukturieren und aufzubauen, suchen wir für unseren Standort in Wecker, Luxemburg zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n „Vendor Managerin/in (m/w/d)" im Innendienst für deutsch- und englischsprachige Kunden mit besonderen Schwerpunkt in der Betreuung unserer europaweiten Kontakte zu AMAZON.Ihre Aufgaben:- Kundenbetreuung per E-Mail, Telefon oder über unseren Chat- Über das Portal AMAZON Vendor Central Europe stehen Sie in direktem Kontakt zu AMAZON, beantworten alle eingehenden Anfragen, nehmen Bestellungen entgegen und verarbeiten diese in unseren Systemen, bis hin zur Versandvorbereitung, Liefermeldung an die entsprechenden Lager und letztlich die Fakturierung unserer Lieferungen.- Erweiterung unseres umfangreichen Vertriebsnetzes in Europa- Eruierung potenzieller Vertriebs-/Handelspartner und Gewinnung Dieser durch selbstbewusstes, professionelles Auftreten- Pflege bestehender Kundenkontakte und Erweiterung Ihres Kundenstamms durch gezielte Akquise- Dank Ihrer analytischen Fähigkeiten erkennen Sie das bestehende Marktpotential und können so unsere Produkte ideal bei Geschäftspartnern platzieren- Erstellung von Angeboten, die Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen und die Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit.
