De spil op de werkvloer

Het distributiecentrum van Die Grenze in Peize draait op volle toeren. Duizenden artikelen per dag naar 75+ winkels. Dat vraagt om strakke planning, scherpe aansturing en iemand die overzicht houdt als het druk wordt. Die iemand ben jij.

Als Shiftleader ben je de operationele chef van jouw shift. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles goed, volledig, veilig en op tijd de deur uitgaat. Je verdeelt het werk, houdt het overzicht en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je team. De volgende dienst heb jij onder je hoede:

Shift : 12:00 – 21:00

🎯 Wat ga je doen?

📦 Dagelijkse operatie Realiseren van de dagplanning, bewaken van veiligheid en werkafspraken, signaleren en bijsturen bij afwijkingen, zorgen voor correcte afronding van orders en administratie.

👥 Aansturing en communicatie Eerste aanspreekpunt tijdens de dienst, start- en eindevaluaties met je team, werk verdelen, escaleren naar Teamleider Operations, schakelen met planning en andere afdelingen.

🔧 Proces en verbetering Signaleren van knelpunten in proces, planning of WMS, verbetervoorstellen doen, bijdragen aan nieuwe werkwijzen.

💪 Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring in logistiek, magazijn of distributie
  • Ervaring met WMS-systemen op operationeel niveau
  • Leidinggevende ervaring of ervaring met aansturing
  • Overzicht houden onder tijdsdruk en snel beslissen
  • Aansturen: duidelijk, eerlijk en respectvol
  • Goed communiceren in Nederlands én Engels
  • Hands-on mentaliteit, je loopt mee als dat nodig is
  • Secuur werken, veiligheid en kwaliteit gaan voor
  • Flexibel in shiftwerk
