Hey jij daar! Klaar om je carrière in de retail naar een hoger niveau te tillen? Bij Medikamente Die Grenze hebben we dé stageplek voor jou, of je nou op MBO-niveau 1, 2, 3 of 4 zit. We zoeken stagiaires voor onze winkel in Terneuzen!

Wat ga je doen?

Niveau 1: Je helpt mee met de basis: van schappen vullen tot klanten een glimlach bezorgen. Alles wat je leert, kun je meteen in de praktijk brengen!

Niveau 2 : Retailmedewerker: Jij duikt dieper in de winkelprocessen, van klantenservice tot voorraadbeheer. Jouw missie? Zorgen dat de winkel er altijd top uitziet en klanten zich welkom voelen.

Niveau 3 : Retailspecialist: Je tilt het naar een hoger plan. Verkooptechnieken, productkennis en klanten écht blij maken met jouw advies. Je krijgt meer verantwoordelijkheid en leert de winkel van binnen en buiten kennen.

Niveau 4 : Retailmanager: Ben jij klaar voor leiderschap? Jij denkt mee over processen, stuurt het team aan en zorgt voor een optimale klantbeleving. Ook ga je aan de slag met commerciële kansen.
