Diehl Collision of Robinson – Robinson Township, PA Full-Time | Automotive Collision Center | Customer Service & Administrative Support

Diehl Collision of Robinson is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Collision Center Receptionist / Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Robinson Township, Pennsylvania.

Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and understands that the receptionist is often the first impression a customer has of our collision center.

Collision Center Receptionist Responsibilities

As our Collision Center Receptionist, you will provide front-desk, administrative, and customer service support for our collision repair operation.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Greet customers professionally and assist them when they arrive at the collision center
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and assist with customer inquiries
  • Communicate with customers regarding basic repair and appointment information
  • Direct customers to collision estimators, service personnel, and appropriate departments
  • Assist with customer check-in and vehicle drop-off procedures
  • Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
  • Perform data entry and general administrative duties
  • Scan, file, organize, and maintain collision repair paperwork
  • Assist with insurance and repair documentation as needed
  • Help coordinate customer transportation and vehicle pickup information
  • Communicate with estimators, technicians, parts personnel, and management
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area
  • Assist management with additional administrative responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, organized, and comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous receptionist, administrative, office, or customer service experience
  • Automotive dealership or collision center experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills
  • Ability to learn automotive and collision repair software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy office environment
  • Dependable attendance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Candidates with experience as an Automotive Receptionist, Collision Center Receptionist, Body Shop Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, Front Desk Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Service Receptionist, Automotive BDC Representative, or Office Assistant are encouraged to apply.
