Beleidsmedewerker Omgevingsrecht (32-36 uur per week, schaal 10)

“Wil jij je graag inzetten binnen de beleidsterreinen: Vergunningen, Toezicht en Handhaving (Omgevingsrecht) ? Wil jij gemeente Nuenen vertegenwoordigen in diverse (regionale) samenwerkingsverbanden en overleggen? Jij betrekt bestuurlijke en maatschappelijke doelgroepen door middel van het geven van advies aan de organisatie, college van B&W en de gemeenteraad. Voel jij echt binding met deze thema’s en kun je actuele trends en ontwikkelingen vertalen naar beleid en de uitvoering daarvan voor gemeente Nuenen? Wij kijken er naar uit je te ontmoeten!”

Jouw nieuwe uitdaging

Als Beleidsmedewerker Omgevingsrecht maak je deel uit van het cluster Vergunningen, Handhaving en Veiligheid binnen de afdeling Realisatie. Jij bent dé schakel tussen beleid en uitvoering op het gebied van omgevingsrecht. Dit betekent dat je:

  • De beleidscyclus VTH (Vergunningverlening, Toezicht en Handhaving) beheert, inclusief het opstellen van het uitvoeringsprogramma, jaarverslag en evaluatie.
  • Gemeente Nuenen vertegenwoordigt in regionale samenwerkingsverbanden en overlegstructuren.
  • Beleidsadviezen formuleert voor de organisatie, het college van B&W en de gemeenteraad.
  • Contact onderhoudt met bestuurlijke en maatschappelijke partners.
  • Bijdraagt aan de implementatie van de Omgevingswet en Wet Kwaliteitsborging voor het bouwen.
  • Zorg draagt voor de actualisatie van de APV (Algemene Plaatselijke Verordening).

  • Een salaris van maximaal € 5.519,- bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek (schaal 10, salarispeil 1 oktober 2025).

  • Mogelijkheid tot 2 extra uitloopperiodieken.

Wie ben jij?

Je hebt een hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau en relevante ervaring binnen het vakgebied vergunningen, toezicht en handhaving. Je bent analytisch sterk, politiek sensitief en weet beleidsvraagstukken te vertalen naar de praktijk. Daarnaast:

  • Voel je je betrokken bij thema’s rondom omgevingsrecht.
  • Ben je goed in het leggen en onderhouden van contacten met interne en externe partners.
  • Breng je frisse inzichten mee over trends en ontwikkelingen binnen jouw vakgebied.

Kortom: Jij bent een verbinder die strategisch én praktisch te werk gaat.
