De mobiele consulent ondersteunt kantoren binnen een toegewezen regio bij tijdelijke afwezigheid, verhoogde werkdruk of andere operationele noden. Je neemt tijdelijk de afgesproken consulententaken op, sluit aan bij de bestaande kantoorwerking en stemt de prioriteiten af met de kantoorverantwoordelijke of regiomanager.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • De afgesproken consulententaken tijdelijk en flexibel opneemt waar ondersteuning nodig is.
  • Bij de start prioriteiten en aandachtspunten afstemt en na afloop zorgt voor een heldere overdracht van dossiers, afspraken en openstaande acties.
  • Nieuwe huishoudhulpen en klanten ontvangt, informeert en begeleidt tijdens hun opstart.
  • Bijdraagt aan een kwalitatieve en duurzame match en de planning correct opvolgt binnen de lokale afspraken.
  • Prestaties, aanwezigheden, ziekte, EW-afwezigheden en wijzigingen zorgvuldig opvolgt en aandachtspunten tijdig deelt.
  • Vragen van klanten professioneel behandelt en huishoudhulpen ondersteunt met respect voor hun individuele situatie.
  • Personeelsgegevens, prestaties, documenten en loonadministratie correct verwerkt volgens de geldende afspraken en procedures.
  • Interne richtlijnen, administratieve processen en relevante regelgeving correct toepast.
  • Constructief samenwerkt met wisselende teams, signalen terugkoppelt en bijdraagt aan een stabiele dienstverlening.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Een basiskennis van Frans en Engels is mooi meegenomen, en je staat open om hierin verder bij te leren zodat je klanten, huishoudhulpen en sollicitanten optimaal kunt ondersteunen.
  • Je voelt je snel thuis in een nieuwe omgeving en krijgt energie van afwisseling. Je bouwt vlot vertrouwen op, brengt structuur en blijft professioneel wanneer werkplekken, prioriteiten of omstandigheden veranderen.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan je vlot verplaatsen naar de verschillende kantoren binnen regio West Vlaanderen Kust & Westhoek ( Diksmuide, Koksijde, Oostende, ...)
  • Je werkt zelfstandig binnen de afgesproken opdracht en stemt tijdig af of escaleert wanneer nodig. Je communiceert helder en respectvol en verwerkt gegevens, documenten en dossiers nauwkeurig.
  • Discretie, betrouwbaarheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Je gaat constructief om met wisselende teams, prioriteiten en lokale werkafspraken.
