The posting

Lokale dienstencentra Convent2, Het Pomphuis en het antennepunt in Noorderwijk zijn warme ontmoetingsplaatsen voor alle inwoners van Herentals, Morkhoven en Noorderwijk, met extra aandacht voor ouderen, mensen met een handicap en personen met een beginnende zorgnood. Je actieterrein omvat het volledige grondgebied van Herentals. Je werkt voornamelijk in Herentals, maar bent afhankelijk van de noden van de werking ook inzetbaar op de andere locaties van de lokale dienstencentra.

Als coördinator van de vervoersdiensten neem je een sleutelrol op in de dienstverlening van Stad Herentals. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en optimalisatie van Mobitwin (de Minder Mobielen Centrale) en de dienst aangepast vervoer. Je stuurt een team van geëngageerde vrijwilligers aan, bewaakt vlotte en zorgzame planningen en zorgt ervoor dat elke gebruiker op een kwaliteitsvolle manier geholpen wordt. Je neemt hierbij een inhoudelijk coördinerende rol op binnen de vervoerswerking en bent een verbindende schakel tussen gebruikers, vrijwilligers en partners.

Daarnaast neem je een actieve rol op in de bredere werking van de lokale dienstencentra. Je bent multi-inzetbaar, zowel naar inhoud als naar locatie, en springt waar nodig bij in de dagelijkse werking. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met je collega’s en draagt mee bij aan een vlotte en kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening over de verschillende locaties heen.

  • Uitbreiding: We brachten onze dienstverlening nog dichter bij de burger met de succesvolle realisatie van het antennepunt in Noorderwijk.
