Seit über 40 Jahren begleiten wir unsere Kundinnen und Kunden in Dübendorf mit Freude, Kompetenz und Engagement in den Bereichen Buchhaltung, Steuern, Revision und Treuhand. Zur Verstärkung unseres 15‑köpfigen Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene, zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die Mandate eigenverantwortlich betreut und Freude an nachhaltigen Kundenbeziehungen hat. Je nach Profil wäre auch die Übernahme von Fachverantwortung möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernehmen Sie die umfassende Betreuung von kleineren und mittelgrossen KMU’s. Dazu gehören:

  • Ganzheitliche Mandatsbetreuung in den Bereichen Buchhaltung, MWST, Personalwesen und Steuern
  • Laufende Finanzbuchhaltung inkl. Nebenbücher und Abstimmunge
  • Selbständige Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen
  • Führung der Lohnbuchhaltung und Abwicklung der Sozialversicherungen
  • Erstellung von Steuererklärungen für natürliche und juristische Personen inkl. Prüfung von Veranlagungen und Einsprachen
  • Bei Interesse: Mitarbeit bei eingeschränkten Revisionen

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über eine solide Fachbasis und bringen die nötige Erfahrung sowie Professionalität mit:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Buchhaltung\-/Treuhandbereich
  • Eidg. Fachausweis Treuhand, Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Abschluss­sicher und versiert in Lohnverarbeitung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Treuhandsoftware
  • Kundenorientierte, verantwortungsbewusste und lernbereite Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Routine im Umgang mit digitalen Tools
