Grâce à son concept d'abonnement, ses tarifs avantageux, son service sans rendez\-vous, Body Minute répond aux besoins d'une clientèle active et attractive à la recherche de solutions beauté, efficaces et accessibles.

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, nous recherchons aujourd'hui une directrice d’Institut capable d'accompagner les équipes et de faire vivre les valeurs du concept Body Minute au quotidien.

Nous recherchons une directrice d'Institut pour rejoindre notre groupe.

Vos missions

En tant que directrice d'Institut, vous assurez le bon fonctionnement de l'institut au quotidien et êtes garante de la qualité de l'expérience client, de la performance commerciale et de la cohésion des équipes.

Votre activité se répartit entre 80 % de prestations esthétiques en cabine et 20 % de missions de management et de gestion.

Vous êtes capable de :

  • De réaliser les prestations esthétiques et garantir un niveau de qualité irréprochable. (au tout)
  • De conseiller la clientèle, développer les ventes de produits, de prestations et des abonnements Body Minute.
  • De garantir une expérience client fidèle aux valeurs de l'enseigne et veiller à la satisfaction ainsi qu'à la fidélisation de la clientèle.
  • De recruter, intégrer, former et accompagner les collaboratrices dans leur développement.
  • D’Organiser les plannings et de coordonner l'activité quotidienne de l'équipe.
  • D’Animer, motiver et fédérer votre équipe autour des objectifs de l'institut.
  • D’assurer la gestion de la caisse, des commandes et le suivi des stocks.
  • De veiller au respect des procédures, des normes d'hygiène et des standards de qualité Body Minute.
  • De suivre les indicateurs de performance de l'institut et de mettre en place les actions nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.

Votre profil

  • CFC d'esthéticien(ne) ou formation équivalente (un atout).
  • Diplôme IPL reconnu en Suisse (un atout).
  • Une expérience en gestion d'équipe ou en coordination est indispensable.
  • Excellentes qualités relationnelles et sens du service.
  • Dynamique, organisée, autonome et dotée d'un bon leadership.
  • Passionnée par l'univers de la beauté et de la cosmétique.
  • Maîtrise du français ; toute autre langue est un atout.

Conditions

  • CDI ( 100 %)
  • Travail en journée
  • Journées de 8 heures
  • Heures supplémentaires rémunérées
