Als Performance Marketing Manager/in bei bringst du erste praktische Erfahrungen im Performance Marketing mit und bist motiviert, dein Wissen gezielt zu vertiefen. Du bekommst bei uns die Zeit und den Raum, dich in Performance Marketing wirklich einzuarbeiten – von den Grundlagen bis zu komplexeren Kampagnenstrategien, unter anderem für zahlreiche Kunden aus dem Tourismus\- und Hotelleriebereich.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du wirkst aktiv mit bei der Umsetzung und Optimierung von Performance\-Kampagnen auf Google Ads, Ads und LinkedIn Ads – und siehst direkt, welchem Impact deine Arbeit hat
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team wertest du Kampagnendaten aus (Google Analytics, Social\-Media\-Analytics\-Tools) und lernst, aus Zahlen die richtigen Schlüsse zu ziehen
  • Du bringst dich ein beim Aufsetzen und Pflegen von Tracking\-Setups (Google Tag Manager, Pixel \& Co.)
  • Du erstellst Reportings und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team erste eigene Optimierungsideen – deine Perspektive zählt von Anfang an
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team zusammen und baust Schritt für Schritt direkten Kundenkontakt auf

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erste praktische Erfahrung in Google Ads und/oder Ads (z.B. durch Praktikum, Studium mit Praxisbezug oder eigene Projekte) – du kannst bereits selbständig eine einfache Kampagne aufsetzen
  • Grundverständnis von Tracking (GA4, GTM) – du weisst, wovon die Rede ist, auch wenn du noch nicht jedes Detail kennst
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise: Du gehst Aufgaben eigenständig an, weisst aber auch, wann du im Team nachfragst – bei uns arbeitest du nie allein, sondern hast das Team an deiner Seite
  • Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI\-Tools wie oder ChatGPT im Performance\-Marketing\-Kontext ist ein Plus
  • Interesse am Tourismus\- und Hotelleriesektor ist von Vorteil, da ein Teil unserer Kunden aus diesem Bereich stammt
