This role owns the development, execution and scale of enablement strategies that accelerate onboarding and drive product proficiency. The role also leads AI-supported enablement workflows and the operating systems (request intake, training registration, knowledge hub) that let the team scale.

Internal Technical Enablement: You will enable Solutions Engineers, Architects and Professional Services roles to effectively communicate the value of complex solutions to stakeholders. This includes onboarding, rubric-based demo coaching, weekly technical updates, and launch readiness for new products.

External Enablement: Your team will ensure that there is up to date content online and instructor led workshops that enable technical audiences at our customers and partners to deliver value with our solutions. This includes partner technical certification pathways, partner onboarding (via the partner portal), blended (on-demand plus instructor-led) learning, and hands-on labs.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, Support Enablement, Sales Enablement, Partner Operations, Professional Services Marketing, and Learning & Development to design scalable programs that address skill gaps, support product launches, and promote continuous learning. Responsibilities include building and managing a team of technical enablement professionals, creating and delivering technical content, and implementing enablement platforms and processes. The Director will also establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, using data to refine and improve learning outcomes and business impact.

In addition, you are able to apply AI to increase your team and audience(s) effectiveness and productivity. You should be comfortable navigating both strategic and tactical work, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional initiatives, and foster a culture of technical excellence. Lead or support enablement sessions such as bootcamps, certifications, product training, and technical workshops. Own external enablement for customers and partners, including up-to-date online content, live workshops, and partner and customer certification programs. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
