Verschiedene Unternehmen, vielseitige Aufgaben: Bringen Sie Ihr Fachwissen bei uns ein.

Wir suchen nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit für die Buchhaltung. Sie betreuen selbstständig die Buchhaltungen von mehreren Gesellschaften aus den Bereichen IT, Architektur und Handel. Die Halbjahres\- und Jahresabschlüsse erstellen Sie eigenständig; ein externes Treuhandunternehmen prüft diese anschliessend und steht Ihnen fachlich zur Seite.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Prüfen, Bearbeiten und Buchen von Belegen und Rechnungen
  • Führen der Debitoren\-, Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Abwickeln des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie Führen der Bank\- und Kassenbuchhaltung
  • Erstellen der MWST\-Abrechnungen
  • Führen der Lohnbuchhaltung und der dazugehörigen Administration
  • Bearbeiten des Mahnwesens
  • Erstellen der Halbjahres\- und Jahresabschlüsse mit anschliessender Prüfung durch das externe Treuhandunternehmen

Ihr Profil

  • Eidgenössischer Fachausweis im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen erforderlich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Selbstständige, gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ruhige, diskrete und belastbare Persönlichkeit, die auch in arbeitsintensiven Phasen den Überblick behält
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central und Sage 50 von Vorteil
