Digisap Solutions recrute son Assistant Gestionnaire Back Office H/F pour renforcer la direction Administrative et Financière !

CDD de 3 mois

Vos missions :

En tant qu’Assistant Gestionnaire Back Office, vous aurez pour missions :

  • Traitement des chèques : scan, vérification, encaissement, traitement des non encaissés.
  • Traitement des tickets de relance : Gérer les tickets de relance pour le recouvrement des créances.
  • Traitement des tickets CESU : réception du courrier et vérification de la conformité des tickets avec la facture.
  • Rédaction de courriers : Rédiger des courriers administratifs (relances, mises en demeure, etc.).

Profil :

Vous êtes issue d’une formation minimum Bac+2/3 en commerce, gestion ou idéalement en banque/assurance.

Vous justifiez d’une expérience de minimum 2 ans dans un poste similaire. Une expérience en comptabilité serait un plus !

Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des procédures administratives et comptables.

Vous avez une vision orientée résultats et le sens du détail.

Vous disposez d’un esprit d’équipe et une capacité à évoluer dans un environnement collaboratif.

Vous avez de bonnes capacités relationnelles et de communication.
