Colaborar com equipes técnicas e de produto para identificar oportunidades de aplicação de IA e traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções viáveis.

Desenvolver e integrar modelos de IA em aplicações, garantindo o funcionamento

adequado em produção.

Selecionar e treinar modelos de machine learning, com foco em desempenho e

aplicabilidade ao problema proposto.

Construir e manter pipelines de dados e modelos, desde o preparo dos dados até a entrega dos modelos em ambiente produtivo.

Monitorar e avaliar o desempenho de modelos de IA após sua implantação, propondo melhorias com base em métricas técnicas e de negócio.

Garantir a qualidade, robustez e documentação das soluções desenvolvidas, considerando aspectos éticos e de privacidade.

Formação acadêmica:

Graduação em curso de nível superior na área de Computação, Engenharia, Sistemas da Informação, Ciência de Dados, Matemática, Estatística ou áreas correlatas ou conclusão de qualquer curso de nível superior acompanhado de certificado de curso de pós-graduação (MBA, especialização, mestrado ou doutorado) na área de Inteligência Artificial, Machine Learning ou áreas afins de, no mínimo, 360 horas, reconhecidos pelo MEC.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

Experiência em R ou Python para desenvolvimento de soluções de IA/ML.

Domínio em engenharia de dados, especialmente em processos de ETL/ELT, e orquestração de pipelines de dados.

Conhecimento avançado em tratamento e análise de dados, incluindo uso de bibliotecas como Pandas e NumPy.

Experiência com banco de dados relacionais e não relacionais.

Conhecimentos em modelagem estatística e aprendizado de máquina, incluindo técnicas supervisionadas e não supervisionadas.

Proficiência com frameworks de Machine Learning e Inteligência Artificial, como PyTorch e TensorFlow.

Familiaridade com práticas de MLOps, como uso de containers (Docker), automação de pipelines e monitoramento de modelos.

Conhecimentos em Cloud AI services (por exemplo: AWS Sagemaker, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI)

Capacidade de documentar pipelines, modelos e decisões técnicas de forma clara e acessível.

Certificações ou período de experiência:

Mínimo de 3 (três) anos de experiência em Engenharia de ML/IA; ou

Mínimo de 5 (cinco) anos de experiência em Engenharia/Arquitetura de Software e pelo menos 1 (um) ano de experiência com Engenharia de ML/IA

Competências comportamentais:
